Ashutosh Goenka is responsible for risk analysis of the Geostructures. He applies probability theory and statistics to analyze the results obtained from numerical simulations. He is involved in probabilistic design and reliability analysis of landslide hazard.

He has exposure of dealing some national and international projects like “Time Study of the HEMM” which aimed to increase the operational efficiency of the HEMM working at the TISCO mines by determining and devising the methods to improve the operational inefficiencies in the mines.

He has vast experience in identifying probable errors in estimates of rock and soil mass properties or profiles. He has done a project on ‘Capacity Planning’ for UK based company using statistical analysis.

1. Awarded the Award for Excellence by TATA STEEL, Quarry E, West Bokaro Division, Hazaribagh, for successfully completing the project “Time Study of HEMM” during the internship
